Our patient centered orthodontic practice is looking for long-term team members who are happy fun energetic and outgoing with a great attitude and willingness to learn to fill Patient Care Coordinators at our Medellin office in Manila, Poblado. Our goal is to set up a really nice and fun atmosphere with many benefits on site. Think of this as working for a small family run business and our main goal is going to be the satisfaction of our employees. This is a full time position and normal working hours would be 8:30am – 6:00pm Monday-Thursday with an option to also work Fridays. Ideal candidates must speak English and Spanish, be customer service oriented, have excellent phone skills and be very efficient with computers.
Job duties include answering phone calls and text messages to help patients schedule appointments, helping verify insurance benefits and collaborating digitally with our team in Miami Florida. The salary is 3.2 million pesos a month (Monday-Thursday) or 3.8 million pesos a month (Monday-Friday) including very nice benefit package with vacation pay and bonuses. You must be 27 yrs old or older
