We are looking for an experienced receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform various administrative tasks.
Functions:
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and mail.
Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Perform other administrative receptionist duties, such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
