Job Description:
Make outbound calls to small business owners using a dialing platform.
Present and offer our website services to potential clients.
Handle inbound calls from interested prospects and schedule appointments for them to speak with a web designer.
Maintain professionalism and high standards of customer service throughout all calls.
What We Offer:
Base Pay: 11,200 COP/hour
Incentives: Weekly performance-based bonuses

Job Requirements:
We are looking for friendly, professional people with strong English and Spanish languages skills to join our team.
Experience with appointment setting OR equivalent outbound calling experience.
Ability to work from home (Must have good internet access, a computer, and a headset.)
A history of great teamwork
Strong customer-handling skills
Ability to work during USA business hours from 7:45 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time with overtime Monday through Friday, along with an optional OT that runs through 5:00 am Eastern Standard Time.
