Hello!! We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Engineering Recruitment team in the identification, selection and hiring of qualified candidates, with intermediate level Second Language skills.

Recruiter Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) IT Recruiter with at least 1-3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Must have worked in the US Market as a recruiter for US clients
  • Ideally worked on niche requirements or candidates that have hard to find skills sets (BPM, Pega, Appian, Salesforce, SAP, Android, iOS, ServiceNow, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Project Managers, Business Analyst, Developers, QA Testing, Cyber Security, Scrum Master, etc) They should not be jumpers (work only a few months for a company then leaving). Ideally, they stay with the companies they work for a long time and stick around.

IT Recruitment Lead Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) IT Recruiter with at least 5+ years of recruiting experience (Must have hands-on experience leading recruitment operations or a team of IT recruiters)
  • Must have worked in the US Market as a recruiter for US clients
  • Ideally worked on niche requirements or candidates that have hard to find skills sets (BPM, Pega, Appian, Salesforce, SAP, Android, iOS, ServiceNow, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Project Managers, Business Analyst, Developers, QA Testing, Cyber Security, Scrum Master, etc) They should not be jumpers (work only a few months for a company then leaving). Ideally, they stay with the companies they work for a long time and stick around.
