Global Team is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Loan Officer Assistant to support our loan officers in various administrative and client-facing tasks. This role is ideal for a junior professional with prior experience in loan assistance, looking to grow within the financial services industry.Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction and Support
Loan Application Preparation
Completing Applications: Assist clients in accurately and thoroughly completing loan applications.
Reviewing Documentation: Verify and review client-provided documents (e.g., pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements) for accuracy and completeness.
Obtaining Missing Information: Follow up with clients to secure any additional documentation or information needed for their loan applications.
Preparing Loan Packages: Organize and prepare comprehensive loan packages for submission to underwriters.
Administrative Tasks: Data Entry, Scheduling Appointments, Managing Communication, General Office Duties:
Additional Responsibilities:

Staying Updated on Regulations: Keep informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to loan origination.
Marketing and Outreach: Assist in marketing efforts aimed at attracting potential borrowers.
Building Relationships with Referral Partners: Network with real estate agents, financial advisors, and other professionals to generate referrals.
Requirements

Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Experience: Previous experience in loan assistance is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Lending Pad and Google Drive.
Availability: No weekend work required.
Compensation: 800 – 900 USD month
